We care about the quality of our products. @FastFelt Standard model passed several month production test before start to produce it. We also check for quality each machine before sending it to buyer. So that we are sure about its quality.
But in case of any technical issues please contact us. We will repair machine for free within 6 months from date you recieved it. You will need to pay only for transportation. Important: guarantee is not applicable in case of machanical damages of the machine.
After 6 months we continue support and repair in line with current prices for technical maintanance.
